Acquaintance with Bolotov, or rather with his publications, happened just a month ago, although I had previously read a book by Kostina, a rather voluminous book by Neumyvakin, a book by Malakhov, where Bolotov's name slipped through. Already, reading them at home, I began to remember my distant childhood, the white caps of the mountains, mountain rivers, steppes, the southern outskirts of our once mighty homeland. A multi-faceted carpet of flowers, plants, mighty oaks, elms, pyramidal silver poplars still captures the imagination and gives life to all living things. People live, get sick, die, but life goes on and among them there were and are talented seeking people, enriching folk medicine. Honor them, praise and low bow for that, sometimes disinterested help to those who suffer, when traditional medicine discredited itself with low professionalism, mired in corruption, became a means of making money for doctors contrary to the constitution. But all the same, innovation is undoubtedly welcomed as something new, and maybe something forgotten old, yes, if it still helps sick people, that's great.

It is no secret that in Central Asia not only vegetables, nuts, but also watermelons and even melons are salted, and in teahouses they drink salted tea, in Buryatia and Mongolia they also drink salted milk. I remember Aunt Olya had something with the kidneys, so I had to dig up the roots of mulberry and peel off the bark of the aspen that grew along the shore of the karasuk, from which she also prepared kvass and infusions. I remember how Janibek, before recommending treatment, asked about the acidity of my father's stomach. A semi-literate, almost 90-year-old healer put the question of the acidity of gastric juice at the heart of the angle. Moreover, he also mixed sulfuric and hydrochloric acids with vinegars. But, none of them called kvass and balms by their last names, because all this was taken from the reference books of healers of the middle of the 18th century, still published in the Old Slavonic language, because they honored their memory. Yes, indeed, there appeared such laconic sayings as before a meal, after a meal, and sometimes their absence. But after all, almost two centuries have passed, and they are present in the same form in the publications of many modern folk healers. In many ways, it is no longer necessary to reinvent the wheel, it was invented long ago, but it is necessary to competently, simply, intelligibly, based on the practical experience of the last century, methodically correctly give an exhaustive recommendation. Short, clumsy recommendations should remain with the ancient healers. It is no coincidence that I am focusing on this. From books where almost all authors take the treatment of the gastrointestinal tract as the basis for the treatment of all diseases, and naturally in the foreground the esophagus, stomach, then duodenum, liver with gallbladder, pancreas. Therefore, I will touch on the question that the woman asked the press secretary, manager, and maybe already the folk healer Bolotov's son on a remote forum about the treatment of atrophic hyperplastic gastritis and catarrhal inflammation of the duodenal bulb 12, but instead of an answer, I sent her to another healer. A specific question was asked, and here the “inflammation” or “disease” of the stomach, duodenum 12 no longer passes in the old fashioned way, ”a clear, competent recommendation for treatment is needed, but there was none.
I believe that in the gastrointestinal tract, which of your recommendations is the cornerstone, you need to realize yourself not at the level of the healer Janibek, but much deeper. In the little books there is no clear and precise method of treatment (everything is somehow a chorus), understandable to a sick person. Bolotov is not a doctor, but he identified and grouped the directions of treatment of many diseases, and you doctors, whose names are on the covers of publications along with Bolotov, were simply obliged to develop a treatment method in the most detailed way, at least on the following points:
1. Concrete diagnosis.
2.Individuality.
3.Age.
4. Appointment and a clear distinction (order, break) in the treatment of organs. 5. Feelings at the beginning of treatment, during treatment, at the end of treatment.
6. Time of year for treatment.
7. Treatment for concomitant diseases.
8. Temporary indicators of reception (reception in minutes), differentiation.
9. Quantity at the reception.
10. Proper nutrition in time (duration).

And the recommendation about growing new teeth, eyes, limbs with the help of celandine juice can only discredit in the eyes of readers. We have thousands without eyes, tens of millions without teeth, and at the present time without various limbs. Yes, for two and a half years of war, at least 70 percent of the disabled, according to this recommendation, should already cease to be disabled. In order not to look like folly, at least 100 people must be shown in the media of healing according to the methodology of these recommendations. Involve the programs: "Affects everyone" - A. Show the whole of Ukraine, otherwise everything is somehow in the backyard. And then there will be no such answers, especially doctors, and Bolotov is a surviving old man out of his mind, and the vast majority do not know who he is at all. And I wouldn't have known if I hadn't walked into the store because of the rain. Malakhov is known much more, because he is a frequent guest on TV screens. And where are you, dear healers of Ukraine, and for some reason publish in Russia, you don’t have your own publishing houses, do you even have to depend on another state for this? It's a shame for the state and you.

    To begin with, we present a classic recipe in which not water is used as a liquid, but whey. This gives kvass completely different properties.

    We choose beets as red and ripe as possible - it contains the maximum amount of useful substances, and if it is also sweet, then sugar can be put purely symbolically.

    1. We clean it raw and grind it in a blender or three on a grater. It can also be cut into small pieces. We put it in a bank.
    1. To the whey bought in the store, mix separately half a spoonful of sour cream. If it is homemade, we filter, if necessary, to remove the remaining cottage cheese.
    2. Add sugar and heat the whey a little so that it is warm. Above 35-40 ° C, it is by no means necessary to heat it.
    3. Pour beets with warm sweetened whey, cover with several layers of gauze so that air can freely penetrate, and leave to ferment for a week.
    4. After about a day, foam should appear, and after a couple of days, mold. Then kvass we open and remove it. This procedure must be repeated every 2-3 days.

    After 7-8 days, when the fermentation intensifies, we put the kvass in the refrigerator for a day, and at night, if it is not too hot, we take it out.

    For the final preparation of beet kvass according to Bolotov, 10-12 days are required. Ready we filter it through cheesecloth and bottle it.

    We will get the greatest benefit from this drink if we take it on an empty stomach 3 times a day at least an hour and a half before meals. So the intestinal microflora is restored most quickly.

    But what if there is no whey? Fortunately, it can be replaced with ordinary boiled water.

    • We fill a 3-liter jar by 2/3 with peeled and chopped dark ripe beets and dilute 1 tsp in 1.5 liters of warm boiled water. sour cream - its enzymes are needed for fermentation.

    • We fill the same beets with clean semi-finished kvass, and bring the volume to the required level with boiled water.

    10 days after preparation, beet kvass according to Bolotov will be ready! Pour it into bottles and put it in the refrigerator.

    Recipe for beet kvass with bread

    If you want to speed up the preparation of a delicious drink, add a crust of bread to the root crop.

    In this recipe, you will need much less beets - only 250-300 g per 3-liter jar. We clean it, three on a coarse grater, add a crust of rye bread, 3-4 tbsp. sugar, put everything in a jar and pour boiled water (how much will go in).

    How to cook beet kvass

    Recipe for beet kvass for okroshka

    For cooking homemade sourdough you will need some dried beets.

    Dried beets are poured with water (0.8 l) and boiled, after which they are cooled.

    Boil three potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, mash and put in a three-liter jar. Add there 1 tbsp. l. washed millet, 1 tbsp. l. rye flour and rye rind, pour beetroot broth (together with beets). Close the neck of the jar with gauze and leave in a warm, dark place for 2 days.

    For making kvass you will need a container with a volume of 9-10 liters (bucket, large saucepan). Steam the dried beets in two liters of water, cool, add sourdough, a crust of black bread-“brick”, 3 potatoes boiled in their uniforms, pour water (about 8 liters). cover with gauze, leave in a warm place.

    A day later, a handful of rye flour is added to kvass, mixed and left to ferment for another day.

    Ready kvass is filtered and poured into glass bottles (jars). Sugar can be added to taste - 1 tbsp. l. per liter of drink, raisins (5-6 berries per 1 liter). Store kvass in the refrigerator. The thick, remaining after straining, can be used again as a starter.

    Okroshka on beet kvass

    To prepare a hearty and refreshing okroshka, indispensable in the summer heat, you will need:

    • boiled potatoes in uniforms - 3 pcs.;
    • boiled eggs - 3 pcs.;
    • fresh cucumber - 1 pc.;
    • boiled sausage - 200 g;
    • greens - onion, parsley, dill;
    • mustard - 1 tsp;
    • sour cream - 100 g;
    1. Peel the potatoes and eggs, separating the yolks from the whites.
    2. Chop green onions, mix with pounded yolks.
    3. Add chopped herbs, mustard. Mix everything thoroughly until more or less homogeneous.
    4. Dice squirrels, potatoes, cucumber, sausage, mix in a separate container (“salad” without dressing).

    4-5 tbsp is superimposed on a plate. l. "salad", 1 tbsp. l. greens with egg yolks, everything is poured with kvass to the desired consistency. Salt and sour cream are added to taste.

    Beet kvass according to Bolotov (on whey)

    Medicinal kvass on whey is prepared by fermentation of enzymes, without yeast.

    • 1.5 kg of beets washed, peeled, cut into strips;
    • put the beets in a glass jar with a capacity of 5 liters;
    • strain homemade whey through a fine sieve or several layers of gauze, heat a little, add ½ tbsp. sugar and pour beets;
    • whey of industrial production must be mixed with 1 tsp. fat sour cream, then with sugar and act similarly;
    • close the neck of the jar with gauze and put the container in a warm place;
    • foam on the surface of the sourdough is a good sign that fermentation is proceeding as it should. If mold appears, it must be removed;
    • the fermentation process picks up intensity a week after exposure, at which time the jar is removed to a cold place. The drink will be ready 10-12 days after laying the ingredients;
    • the strained drink is stored in the refrigerator and taken on an empty stomach, ¼ tbsp, three times a day, trying not to eat as long as possible after.

    Kvass according to Bolotov is useful for the body with hypertension, anemia, and for weight loss.

    Not only kvass is useful for the liver, but also beets, which remained after filtering. You can add honey, raisins to kvass. With diabetes, beet kvass is useful, the only condition is that it must be drunk without sugar.

    Bolotov offers two more options for preparing a healing drink - kvass with horseradish and celandine.


    Kvass with horseradish

    • 2 loaves of rye bread cut into slices, dry in the oven.
    • Boil 5 liters of water, pour over the bread, let it brew for about 5 hours.
    • Strained water cooled to room temperature is mixed with a glass of sugar, ¼ pack of yeast is added.
    • The batch is left in a warm place.
    • As soon as foam appears, chopped horseradish root is added to kvass, 2 tbsp. l. honey and some raisins.
    • After 3-4 hours, the drink is ready, it needs to be filtered, poured into glass bottles and put in the refrigerator.

    Kvass with celandine

    The drink strengthens the cardiovascular system, prevents heart attacks and strokes, and has a beneficial effect on the gastrointestinal tract and nervous system.

    1. Warm up 3 liters of whey a little, dissolve 0.2 kg of sugar and 1 tsp in it. fat sour cream.
    2. Grind celandine, ½ tbsp. tie the herbs in a gauze bag and place it in a container with serum, press it so that it is immersed in the liquid.
    3. Infuse kvass in a warm place.
    4. After a week, drain the liquid phase, remove the sediment and refill to the top with whey.

    The drink is ready to drink in 14 days.

    Beet kvass with yeast

    To prepare kvass according to this recipe, you will need:

    • ½ kg beets, 0.1 kg sugar,
    • 3 liters of boiled chilled water and
    • 5 g yeast.

    Heat water (0.5 l) to 38-40 0 C, dissolve yeast and sugar in it, leave to ferment.

    Peel the beets, chop, pour water with yeast, add the rest of the water. To bring kvass to readiness, it will take two days, the container is left in a warm place, after which it is filtered and bottled. Store kvass in the refrigerator.

    How to drink beet kvass


    • with hypertension, headaches, spasms, for cleaning blood vessels, it is recommended to drink on an empty stomach ½ tbsp. kvass three times a day;
    • to cleanse the liver, kvass is drunk once a day, on an empty stomach, 1 glass each;
    • with cholecystitis, the recommended dose is ¾ tbsp. morning and evening before meals. Course duration - 8 weeks;
    • for general strengthening of the body, stimulating the immune system, beet kvass is drunk at 0.25 liters per day, on an empty stomach in one or two doses.

    For weight loss, beet kvass is drunk before meals before each meal, ½ tbsp. Starting the “treatment”, you need to take into account that the drink is very weak, so you need to calculate your strength and the load on the body.
