While preparing a seminar in English on the topic of Eternal Harmonious Development, which includes such aspects as immortality, resurrection, regeneration, I was faced with the problem that I need to convince listeners by showing them specific examples or at least an example of a person unique in all respects.
No one is convinced when I say that I myself have personally met the resurrected, and sometimes I catch a slight grin on the lips of even the most advanced people who know me personally. But when I decided for myself not to pay attention to the skeptics, the following thought suddenly arose in me: “You promised yourself to track the meditating boy from Nepal. Forgot?" “Boy Buddha?” - I remembered a small publication that I read in 2006. Having typed “Buddha boy” in the search, I froze in amazement.... Over the next three days, whenever possible, I literally absorbed the available information about this phenomenon both in English and Russian.
The Buddha boy turned out to be a magnificent “visual aid” and all the skeptics simply will not have the pleasant opportunity to depict sarcastic grins on their various faces.
The situation was as follows:
Sambodhi Dharma Sangha (formerly Ram Bahadur Bomjan) was born on April 9, 1990 in Ratanpur village, Bara district, Nepal.
Ram's parents are farmers. His mother, Maya Devi, got married at the age of 12. She had 5 sons and 4 daughters. Ram was the third son. When she was pregnant, she found that she could not eat meat - she felt sick. And the son, whom she named Ram, will also not eat meat. He will begin to leave home for long periods of time at an early age.
Ram liked to watch lamas and holy people and imitate them. He was often lost in thought and was a man of few words. Whenever anyone spoke to him, he responded with a smile and treated people of all ages with equal respect.

According to family and neighbors, Ram Bomjan's behavior was different from that of his peers; he often observed people praying and prayed himself. He is described as a peace-loving boy who never got into fights or killed animals. Starting from the age of five, the boy was content with leftover food and went hungry if there was nothing left.
He took his studies seriously and rarely played with other children, preferring to remain alone. He never got involved in fights and always remained calm. Ram spent his time reading scriptures, contemplating and worshiping the sacred fig tree, which seemed to give him pleasure. . Even his siblings considered him abnormal and periodically showed misunderstanding towards the boy, to put it mildly. Observing Ram, his father sent him to study the scriptures of Lama Chyoi from the Samden Lama of their village. After this, Ram decided to devote himself to religion.
Soon he was ordained a monk. Lama Som Bahadur says this about his ward: “He was obedient, friendly and sociable. Never contradicted me. Ram often repeated that he paid more attention to meditation than to reading books.”
He underwent the Pancha Shila initiation. Pancha Shila is the Sanskrit word for taking five vows upon initiation into Buddhism:
1.Don't kill animals (be a vegetarian).
2. Don't steal.
3. Don't lie.
4. Refrain from inappropriate sexual behavior.
5.Do not take intoxicants.
Ram refused to cut his hair before initiation, contrary to accepted tradition. At the initiation he was given the name “Palden Dorje”. According to custom, those who completed the ceremony were required to meditate in the cave for a month. Lama Som Bahadur was amazed at the ease with which Palden Dorje adapted to the situation, consuming a minimum of food. Then he realized that the boy had an innate talent for deep and prolonged meditation.
After completing their two-year Buddhist education, nine aspiring monks traveled to Lumbini, the birthplace of the Great Buddha, to explore the place. Palden Dorje seemed to be extremely interested in this place. Eight other initiates went back, but he refused to return with them. Instead, Ram went to the Dehradun monastery to continue his religious studies with the teachers of Dehradun. He later returned to Nepal to the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara.
Here Palden Dorje fell ill and lost the ability to control the lower part of his body. Simply, the lower part was paralyzed. The suffering boy was sent home by his teacher for treatment. During this time, Palden Dorje urges his family not to kill animals or drink alcohol, as this will lead to problems later on. He improved, but was still limping when Ram disappeared from his home on the night of May 16, 2005.
When his mother found out about what had happened, she raised the whole village and everyone went looking for him. A local boy claimed to have seen him shaking a mango tree. Palden Dorje (Ram) came and picked up the mango, and then, dressed, entered the river. “I thought you were missing,” the boy said to Palden Dorje.
"I? replied Palden Dorje. “You better go home and be careful not to touch me.” The boy ran home to tell the story, but at first no one believed him. Palden Dorje's relatives went to the gorge. When they found him, Palden Dorje smiled at them out of habit. They told him to go home. “I will go home at four o’clock,” said Palden Dorje. The family decided it would be best to leave someone to look after him, and several of his brothers stayed with him.
At four o'clock he picked up a couple of mangoes and began to eat one of them. He asked his younger brother to bring him water, rice, lama's clothes, rosary beads and an image of Buddha. His younger brother obeyed. Palden Dorje's sister came again and told him to go home. Seeing how exhausted he was by the disease, she cried and asked him to return home, but the boy asked her to stop crying and leave.
Then Palden Dorje, sitting in a meditation position, seemed to go into a trance. He began asking himself questions and answering them out loud. Other villagers came and told him to stop doing nonsense and go home.
They were afraid that he was sick or crazy. When his elder brother touched him, Palden Dorje's body became very hot and red. “Please leave me alone, or one of us may die,” the boy said. – If anyone disturbs me or my things at midnight, I will have to meditate for 20 years. But if everything goes well, six years will be enough.”
Then Palden Dorje, accompanied by his brother and the villagers who followed a little distance, went into the forest to find a suitable place for meditation. His parents insisted that he take some food and water with him. Finally, at 11 o'clock on May 18, 2005, he arrived at the right place. (On this day, the villagers of Ratanpur celebrated Buddha Jayanti or Vesak day) sat under a fig tree, placing 10 types of different fruits at the image of Buddha.
About 30 villagers saw where Palden Dorje meditated, and they left an offering of more than a thousand rupees, as was customary on Buddha Jayanti Day. At 12 o'clock at night, several people came to disturb Palden Dorje and stole the offering. They quarreled over money and later blamed each other in front of the villagers. Having confessed to what they had done, they asked Palden Dorje for forgiveness.
Then Palden Dorje left this place and went north on May 24th, 2005. Palden Dorje gave his second elder brother 6 fig leaves and ordered them to be kept in oil. He said that as long as his family kept these leaves, everything would be fine. When Palden Dorje left, his relatives cried.
Again people did not know where Palden Dorje was, and one day a shepherd saw him meditating in a new place. The villagers sent several family members to bring him home. But Palden Dorje refused and went to another fig tree to the east.

Palden Dorje told his family that he must continue his meditation at any cost. He drew a boundary around the meditation place, and the villagers and his relatives built a fence for him. More and more people came to this place, and then Palden Dorje asked to build a hut and cover it on all sides with plastic, in which he stayed for 15 days. After this, the young man said, “I have gained enough strength to meditate outside under the tree.”
There was a terrible drought in the village. Palden Dorje told the villagers to pray to the snake goddess and after 5 days it began to rain. On the 75th day of meditation, Palden Dorje opened his eyes and asked his elder brother to address him with the words: “Om Namó Gurý Buddha Jyani.” He returned to his meditation. From that day on, he was addressed as “Om Namo Guru Buddha Gyani” (Long live the One Endowed with the Wisdom of the Buddha)

On August 18, 2005, Palden Dorje called his friends lamas. They asked him how he survived without water. That day he changed his clothes and began to wear only white, called ngag.
On November 6, 2005, a snake bit Palden Dorje and his body was poisoned by snake venom. During meditation, Palden Dorje sweated and his body released more than two liters of sweat, thanks to which his body eliminated all the poison. Followers of Palden Dorje believe that he achieved enlightenment on that day, since the Bodhisattva is able to survive in contact with wood, soil or stone, is not afraid of winds and can understand the language of all beings.
The story of Palden Dorje has gained notoriety because it bears similarities to the legend of Gautama Buddha's enlightenment, so much so that followers have claimed that Palden Dorje is the reincarnation of the Buddha.
On November 8, 2005, Palden Dorje told people that he did not have Buddha energy and asked them not to call him the reincarnation of Buddha.
On November 11, 2005, a bright light began to emanate from Palden Dorje's head. His followers cried with joy and believed in him even more.
“Leave me alone, and peace will soon come to the country,” Palden Dorje said. However, crowds kept coming, people praised him and started trading widely, according to Radio HBC 94 FM, which visited the meditation site on December 10, 2005. People were kept at a distance of 50 meters. All the witnesses stated that Palden Dorje did not eat, drink or move from the place. He just sat and meditated under the tree. Meanwhile, the number of puzzled onlookers grew.

After about ten months of meditation, Palden Dorje went missing on March 11, 2006. He gave no explanation, and many thought that the youth had been kidnapped. But his followers suggested that Palden Dorje went deeper into the forest to find a quieter place to meditate.
On March 19, a group of followers met him approximately 3 kilometers southwest of his last meditation site. They said that they spoke with Palden Dorje for thirty minutes and he said, "There is no peace here" and that he would return in six years - in 2011 or 2012. He also asked to tell his parents not to worry about him.
On December 25, 2006, villagers in the Bara region discovered Palden Dorje meditating. He recalled his six-year commitment to Buddhist practice and said that he would allow people to come and observe him as long as they kept a distance and did not disturb him. When he was told that pilgrims would make donations in his name, he asked that they not be abused or used for commercial purposes. A new wave of visitors began to arrive at the new meditation site to see it and pray. On March 8, 2007, he left the Bar area again to find a quieter place again.
On March 26, 2007, Rameshwor Yadav, Inspector of Nizhgad Police Station, discovered Palden Dorje in a bunker-like pit about seven feet in area. A police force under the command of Yadav arrived at the site after rumors of Palden Dorje's underground meditation spread. “His face was clean and his hair was well combed,” Yadav said.

Sermon in the Halkoria Jungle
On August 2, 2007, Palden Dorje addressed a crowd gathered in the Halkoriya jungle of the Bara district of southern Nepal. The Namo Buddha Tapoban Committee, charged with looking after Palden Dorje, gathered people.
News of the boy's first sermon was broadcast on a local FM radio station, and the committee also invited people by telephone. About three thousand people gathered to listen to Palden Dorje. The event was filmed. According to Upendra Lamichhane, a blogger who wrote an article and collected photographs of the event, the essence of Palden Dorje's message was: "The only way to save a nation is through spirituality."

Murder, violence, greed, anger and temptation have made the human world a place of despair. A terrible storm has struck the human world. And this leads the world to destruction. The only way to save the world is the path of dharma (spiritual practice). If we do not follow the righteous path of spiritual practice, this world will definitely be destroyed. So follow the path of spirituality and convey this message to your fellow men. Never hinder my mission of meditation with obstacles, anger and unbelief. I am only showing you the way, you must find it yourself. What will happen to me, what I will do, the next days will reveal.

I meditate on freeing this chaotic world from the ocean of emotions, freeing us from anger and temptation. Without deviating for a moment from this path, I forever renounce my own attachment to my life and home. I work to save all sentient beings. But for this transitory world, this work of my life has always been only entertainment. The practice and service of many Buddhas are aimed at the betterment and well-being of the world. It is important but very difficult to understand this practice and service. Although this simple knowledge should be easy to understand, people do not understand it. But one day we will have to leave this unreliable world and leave with the Lord of Death. We will have to leave our long-time friends and family members to fade into oblivion. We will have to leave behind the wealth and property we have accumulated. What is the use of my happiness when those who have always loved me: my mother, father, brothers, relatives are all unhappy? Therefore, in order to save all sentient beings, I must have the spirit of Buddha, and I must rise from my underground cave to meditate deeply and follow the path of God to understand the right path and knowledge. So please don't interfere with my practice. My practice separates me from my body, my soul and this existence.
72 goddesses Kali will come. Various gods will come. There will be sounds of thunder and many other sounds. At this time, the heavenly gods and goddesses will perform divine rituals. So until I send the message, don't come here. And please explain this to others.
Spread spiritual knowledge and spiritual messages throughout the world. Give everyone the message of world peace. Seek the righteous path, and wisdom will come to you."
Proponents claim that Palden Dorje may be Maitreya Bodhisattva, the prophesied successor of the historical Buddha.
His mother's name was Maya Devi Tamang, the same name as Buddha's mother. It is said that his mother fainted when she learned that her son intended to meditate for an indefinite period.
The average person who stops drinking will die of dehydration within three to four days. According to the Guinness Book of Records, the longest period a person has lived without water is 18 days. On the other hand, Palden Dorje does not appear to interrupt his meditation to eat or drink.
Some proponents believe that the term sun eating is inappropriate in this case, and that the ability to sit almost motionless day after day, regardless of weather conditions, including the cold winter and monsoon season, is remarkable. For example, the American writer George Saunders visited Palden Dorje and observed him during the night, and was amazed by the completely motionless figure of Palden Dorje, even in the evening when it was unbearably cold, even to journalists dressed in warmer clothes.
In December 2005, a nine-member government committee led by Lama Gunjaman closely monitored Palden Dorje for 48 hours, ensuring that he did not take food or water during this time. Based on the results of this inspection, a video recording was made. However, they were unable to get closer than 3 meters or take his vital signs. The Nepalese government planned a more detailed scientific study, but these plans did not come true.

The film crew was able to film Ram continuously for 96 hours, day and night, during which he did not drink liquids or eat food. According to the scientists in the film, the average person would die of kidney failure after four days without any fluids. The boy showed no signs of classic physical deterioration due to dehydration. As a result of a careful examination by the film crew of the area around the tree where Ram was sitting, no hidden food supplies or pipes delivering water were discovered.

On November 10, 2008, Palden Dorje reappeared and addressed a crowd in the deep jungle of Ratanpur, 150 kilometers from Kathmandu, near Nizhgad. He had shoulder length hair and a white robe was wrapped around his body.

I couldn’t tear myself away from the computer, looking at the face of this amazing man, listening to my reaction. And the reaction was extremely unexpected: my soul rejoiced and rejoiced, waves of love and gratitude enveloped me like a cocoon. “But why?” I thought. I got acquainted with the speeches of Ram Bonjan available on the Internet and was a little saddened by the fact that WHILE he talks to people from the position that man is mortal... I did not hear such words as eternity, immortality, man is the likeness of God...
But I still know for sure that this is just the beginning and the main words will be spoken. At the right time. After all, Eternity and Immortality have already been loudly declared in Russia and the news is rapidly spreading throughout the planet... There is a good saying: “First you work for authority, and then authority works for you.” Buddhist audience where such a concept as nirvana should be very welcome prepared for the concept that, for example, death is a virus in the consciousness of Humanity.
I really like that Bomjani has long hair. This is a challenge to dogmatic ideas about what a Buddhist should look like! And for me it's a good sign for the future. A hint of support...

You observe mental and emotional vibrations emanating from humanity,” the monk explained. - Look at the gray cloud of selfishness! The Blue Flashes are the spiritual aspirations of a minority, but they are overwhelmed by the torrent of passion, hatred and greed that has formed a giant aura around the Earth for thousands of years. It's like ionized layers around the planet reflecting radio waves.
Seeing with my own eyes the huge mental shell surrounding the Earth was a frightening discovery for me.
Our planet is sick, sick with man’s false thoughts,” I whispered.
At times, dark clouds spread far into space, resembling the tentacles of an octopus. The black monster rushing into interplanetary space was by no means just a spectacle for me, and the feeling that I myself was on the back of this terrible beast made me tremble.
At this moment, shining blue, pink and snow-white rays, like lightning, pierced the dark conglomerate.

Greetings, my beloved. My name is Lord Maitreya, but I am also known as Christ. I am the embodiment of the energies of Christ on your planet. Christ energy represents that part of your being that responds to the love of the Creator and, in turn, shares the love of the Creator for all that surrounds you. You are created from the very essence of Christ - love for the Source. You are an expression of His love and His desire to spread Himself throughout all of space-time that He created. Your task is to love: to create love and to create through love. Love is the basis of everything that surrounds you: light, air, your physical Earth, your physical bodies. All this is an expression of the Creator’s love. Your task on Earth is to realize this and use the knowledge of this to, through your own creative efforts, improve what has already been done before you. The Creator's love is what keeps expanding creative activity within the boundaries of a specific Plan that has a specific purpose and meaning, and serves everyone who exists within this Plan.
By aligning your creative flow with the flow of the Creator's love, you can be confident that what you create serves the Creator's purposes. That's why we call ourselves co-creators. I can recall one of my lives on Earth when I learned what Love means. I wandered for many years as an orphan, growing and maturing through the generosity of those I met. I think I became something of a legend at that time because I was a child wandering from one place to another. Those I met were never sure that I would return or that I would stay with them for long. Human consciousness is very mobile and unstable. And the quality that you must develop in yourself first of all is a feeling of Gratitude for the Teaching given to you. Gratitude to Heaven, the Creator-Creator, the Ascended Host and our messenger.
It is the feeling of Gratitude. Because it is this feeling that remains the purest and most untainted in your physical octave.
The feeling of Love is the highest, but achieving the purity of this feeling in your octave is very difficult. Because no feeling has as many distortions as the feeling of Love.

You must find a balance, an equilibrium regarding your relationship with God. Heaven cannot give you anything more unless you balance the energy it gives you with the energy you send into our octaves. There is no money in our octaves, but the equivalent of money is Divine energy. Therefore, when you receive knowledge, you must give us the equivalent of Divine energy, which is able to penetrate our octaves. You know that no imperfect energy can penetrate the octaves of Light. Because sometimes in this case you are simply driven by pride.
You live in the physical world, and it is your responsibility to show your Gratitude on a physical level.

Who is Maitreya
Maitreya's name is translated in different ways:

Maitreya is the only Buddha who is recognized by all directions of Buddhist thought, including one in which there is practically no pantheon of Buddhas. He is especially revered by Korean, Chinese, and Burmese Buddhists.

But the name familiar to all Buddhists is Maitreya. This Buddha of the Future must come at the end of the current era - kalpa.
It is believed that he is now in Tushita Heaven, waiting for the right time to be saved. This is the place where the deities reside, it is one of the six heavens, the fourth from the bottom. Their name is translated as “gardens of joy” and they are located between the Heavens of Yama and the Heavens of Nirmanarati.
Tushita Heaven is inhabited by those who in a past life observed the main Buddhist precepts, adhered to the Middle Way, engaged in meditative practices and cultivated good thoughts and noble deeds. Here a new incarnation of the bodhisattva is found. Some Mahayana scriptures claim that it was here that he appeared before he incarnated in our world and became a great Teacher.
Mahayans believe that their line of Buddhist thought originated with the Coming Buddha. According to their beliefs, the founder Arya Asanga got rid of obscurations and more than once visited Tushita Heaven, where Maitreya told him the truth. Based on the teachings told by Maitreya, Asanga wrote down his five main sutras.

What does Buddhist literature say about him?
The main sacred text about the Buddha of the Future is considered to be a sutra in Sanskrit called “Maitreyavyakarana”, which means “the prophecy of Maitreya”. The Mahaparinibbana Sutta mentions the Buddha of the Future, calling him Maitreya and Ajita, that is, “invincible.” The works of recent centuries, including those developed in Russia, are also devoted to him, for example, studies by N.K. Roerich, S.F. Oldenburg, E.P. Blavatsky.
When will he appear?
As we already know, the Buddha of the Future resides in Tushita Heaven, waiting for the moment when people are ready for his coming. But there is also an opinion that Maitreya may already appear where he is needed most. Moreover, he can be in several worlds at once.
Predictions about the coming of the Coming Buddha can be found in the first Mahayana sutras, as well as in the Maitreya Vyakaran. The sacred texts of Buddhism describe to what level humanity must reach before the coming of Maitreya:
- Human life expectancy will be about 80 thousand years.
- The world will be taken over by a Buddhist school, which will surpass the teachings of Buddha Shakyamuni in the number of successors.

Maitreya is lavishly decorated with ornaments, including a crown on his head. His skin is radiant with a golden tint, and his clothes are the usual robes of a monk.
There are three-faced and four-armed images of Maitreya. In this case, he squeezes a sprig of saffron in his left hand, and with his right hand expresses the bestowal of good in the form of varada mudra. The other two palms are folded in the Dharmachakra Mudra, which symbolizes the expression of the Law of Dharma.
Maitreya is often depicted in statues, some of which date back to 350 BC. One of the most famous sculptures is located in China, namely in Leshan. It is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
