The rules have cases when it is forbidden to cross certain types of markup: 1.1 (separating traffic flows), 1.2.1 (denotes the edge of the roadway, and this line is allowed to stop in the allowed places) and 1.3 (separating opposite streams when to move 4 or more bands).
