The procedure for the transportation of minors should occur with strict compliance with the requirements listed in the content of the Government Decree No. 1177 of December 17, 2013

Requirements for the bus

Requirements related to the entrance and exit vehicle differing depending on the number of passengers and affecting the smallest details up to the following nuances:
- compulsory lighting of input outputs;
- height and depth of the lower and subsequent steps;

Requirements for the bus admitted to the transport of minor children are established by the standard.

Earlier, GOST R 51160-98 was acted in this regard, but from July 1, 2017, GOST 33552-2015 came into account in return.

Requirements for group transportation of children impose the rules approved by Decree No. 1177. According to paragraph 3, such a bus must:

be allowed to move on roads;
be no older than 10 years from the date of release;

Rules of organized transport of a group of children by buses in 2020

Places in the vehicles carrying out group transportation of children should be in an amount excluding travel standing. If the excursion trip is less than 12 hours, the driver can be one, up to 16 hours only with two drivers.

appointed accompanying (with the name of the surname, name, patronymic (if any) of each accompanying, number of its contact phone);

4.1. 8. Drivers appropriate to the following requirements are allowed to manage buses that carry out organized transportation of a group of children.

past pre-trial instructions for the safety of children's transportation in accordance with the rules for ensuring the safety of passenger and cargo transportation by road and urban ground electric transport, approved by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation;

past pre-trip medical examination in the manner established by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

10. 11. 13. 15. 17. 18. With the organized transport of a group of children, it is forbidden to allow for a bus and (or) to transport persons not included in the lists provided for by sub-clause "d" of paragraph 4 of these Rules. The specified prohibition does not apply to cases established by federal laws.

In the event of a non-appearance of passengers listed in paragraphs by the second and fifth subparagraph "D" of paragraph 4 of these Rules, their data is deleted from the list.

The requirements for organizing and implementing organized transport of a group of children (including disabled people) buses in urban, suburban or long-distance communications are enshrined.

For the transport of children, a bus is used, which has passed no more than 10 years.
