This post was supposed to be a step-by-step instruction for issuing an electronic MTPL from the SOGAZ insurance company. But he didn't.
The fact is that both people testing this service could not even get to their personal account. This is despite the fact that they are not from. The only comment about the successful registration of the Sogaz policy only confirms the fact that it is problematic to issue an e-OSAGO from SOGAZ.
Therefore, we got a report on two unsuccessful attempts to buy an e-policy on the website of this company. But it all started well: a nice website, good design, a wide branch network. The company ranks sixth in terms of compulsory motor third party liability insurance in the Russian Federation and has the highest A ++ rating according to RA Expert. And also at SOGAZ in the Kaliningrad, Novosibirsk, Sakhalin regions and in Chukotka. Why not get insured with SOGAZ? Moreover, this company is one of the few that offers an innovative method of authorization for the purchase of e-OSAGO through State Services.
Attempt # 1.
There is no separate button "Buy e-OSAGO" on the site, so we go to the calculator ( https://direct.sogaz.ru/products/automobile/osago/calc/) in the hope that in the final we will be offered to take out insurance online as required by law. At the very first step, you only need to specify the region of residence of the owner:
The next step is to fill in many fields. Some of which, by the way, do not in any way affect the cost of the CMTPL policy and, apparently, are needed by SOGAZ for internal use. I'm talking about mileage and cost, for example. Make and model must be selected from the list provided. Power in hp can be entered only as an integer (this is important for those who have a fractional value in the PCA database for last year's insurance).
For a detailed calculation, you need to click the "Continue calculation" button and enter the detailed data about the driver.
And only here the first check on the base occurs - SOGAZ calculates the driver's Mm and, accordingly, the final cost of the policy. It also finally shows the coveted Buy Online button:
The cherished button leads to the login form for my personal account, which, of course, I do not have yet. The main thing here is to pay attention in time to the miniature link "Registration" and click on it, then a form will appear for creating a new personal account with the specified data.
Just at the stage of creating a personal account (you need to specify your full name, password, phone, mail), all the magic ends and problems begin. The site requires me to enter verification codes, sent simultaneously to the mail and to the cell phone. The codes are simple and at this stage they are not.
But only after entering these codes, nothing happens, the "Continue" button does not lead anywhere. The site clearly checks the codes, because when you try to enter an incorrect value, an error is generated. And with the correct input - silence. Re-sending the codes does not help.
I try to go directly to my personal account, but I receive the following message:

Attempt # 2.
The second tester from another region is trying the second option for registering in a personal account, which we noticed on the first attempt - registration through ESIA (State Services).
To do this, click on the "Personal Account", where we select "Log in through the Unified Information System". Then SOGAZ redirects us to the gosuslugi.ru website:
We enter the registration data from the State Services, click "Enter" and confirm our strong desire to provide SOGAZ with your full name:
We automatically return to the SOGAZ website, where we see the already created personal account. All that remains is to enter your email:
After that, SOGAZ asks to confirm the postal address by clicking on the verification link from the letter. Not a problem, we find the required message in the mail:
