- If you drove through a railway crossing on a red light, you will be deprived of your rights for a period of 6 months, and in case of a repeated violation for 1 year. At the same time, during the trial, you can prove that you did not have the opportunity to complete the maneuver, in which case you will receive a penalty in the form of a fine of 1000 rubles.
Prohibition to continue driving in other cases
Common cases of violations on the road:
- In addition to the traffic light signal, you should stop at the exit to the intersection, in which a traffic jam has formed. At the same time, for this type of offense a fine is imposed on the driver in the amount of 1 thousand rubles, as in the case of a red traffic light.
