At level crossings

On roads with reverse traffic
6.7. To regulate the movement of vehicles along the lanes of the carriageway, in particular, those in which the direction of movement can be reversed, reversible traffic lights with a red X-shaped signal and a green signal in the form of an arrow pointing down are used. These signals respectively prohibit or permit movement on the lane over which they are located.

5. Repeated commission of an administrative offense provided for by part 4 of this article -
entails revocation of the right to drive vehicles for one year, and in the case of fixing an administrative offense by special technical means operating in automatic mode, having the functions of photographing and filming, video recording, or by means of photographing and filming, video recording - the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of five thousand rubles.
