Geely LC Cross is an experiment of a Chinese company, the essence of which is the transformation of the LC Panda hatchback into a crossover for minimal money. They managed to create all this, but we will discuss how good this idea is below. The model appeared in 2008, it also entered the Russian market, in some countries the name is different - GX2.

Visually, both cars are similar to each other, which is logical, the platform is the same, in fact the same car, but there are many external differences. In front, there are changes in optics, it has taken on a slightly modified form and filling. The bumper has been redesigned, massive plastic covers with round foglights are used to give off-road style.


The sidewall also looks rustic. The small wheel arches contain 14-inch wheels. There is a thick black molding in the center, underlined by thin embossing below. The front door glass is large, which significantly improves visibility. Roof rails are located on the roof, you can install an additional trunk on them.

The back of the Geely LC Cross is notable for the spare wheel mounted on the trunk lid. The rear bumper is also distinguished by a massive plastic protection with installed reflectors. In general, the whole design, but for the most part, the front end resembles a model.

The braking system for such a light weight of 985 kg is enough, the front is a ventilated disc circuit, and the rear is a drum mechanism.

The car belongs to a very cheap class, the minimum manufacturer will ask for the Basic version of 300,000 rubles. The cost implies the presence of:
