Auto BMW X5 F15. At the end of April 2019, I noticed traces of oil in the parking lot between the rear wheels; in the nearest garage service with a lift, they concluded that it was necessary to change the oil seal of the tail end reducer. I ordered the parts, went to UNIT for a replacement, because the work is not an easy one, you need experience and a special puller. For 2 days they did it, concurrently sentencing the floor of the suspension to be replaced (refused).

After 2 weeks, this same gearbox hummed, at speeds of 60-70 km / h, especially loudly, as in Ikarus.

I come back to UNIT, the next day the receiver Dmitry calls (you recognize him by the burr), says that such a coincidence, but the gearbox for replacement, this is a disease of these bodies, all the arrows were taken away from themselves. After that I type a service that deals specifically with BMW gearboxes. They said that this gearbox does not have any disease, and the hum is solely due to the poor-quality work of UNIT.

I took the car to a specialized BMW service on the recommendation of bmwclub. About a miracle! A day later, they returned the car without a hum. The nut was simply not reached. And yes, everything is ok with the suspension.

I called again lisp Dmitry at UNIT, in 10 minutes he found a bunch of excuses that the gearbox was over, and I only extended his life a little.

It's up to you whether to go to this place or not, but I never go there anymore!

UPD. Today the service management called, apologized for the situation, promised to deal with the culprits of the problem, admitted a mistake and compensated for the costs of solving the problem. I respect this position, because everyone can make a mistake, but the most important thing is to admit it, the management has recognized, and therefore I am adding to the review. Going to meet your customers is commendable in this case.

We washed, cleaned the radiator in half a day, checked all the pipes, picked up the coolant for my car. During the repair, the car was not scratched or damaged. We gave it at a fixed time.

Found and eliminated the creak in the suspension in an hour, the stabilizer bushings broke. They did not take a lot of work, the bushings were more expensive. But now nothing creaks.

Experienced locksmiths, they know very well the folk. How many times did not stop by, the cause of the knock, squeak was found literally immediately and unmistakably, after the repair, the car came to life and did not cause problems. From me extremely positive recommendations.

I don’t know who else goes to the officials, who have only one solution - replacement with a new spare part, and even for a bag of money. At Volochaevskaya, everything is much simpler and cheaper, if there is no need to change the spare part or the restoration will solve the problem by 100% - they restore, if a replacement is needed - they advise analogues that are not inferior in quality to the originals. In general, the guys have chosen the right vector - they are trying to be as effective and cheap as possible for customers, not to the detriment of quality and the final result.

I am not a frequent visitor to Unit, because the guys do everything once and for a long time, they do not have to travel and are afraid that something will fall off, plus they only install high-quality parts, in plain text they advise to bypass Chinese spare parts. Soon MOT and naturally I will carry it out only on Volochaevskaya.

I know that in the unit they will do everything as it should be, they will not install the "Levandos" and will not send them out for additional repairs. For repairs, and then I only go to them.
