Installation

Attention. The fasteners listed below are subject to mandatory replacement:

Nut fastening of the wheel of the front wheel;

Nut bolt fastening ball support front suspension lever;

The nuts of the filling bolts of the swivel fist to the front suspension rack.

Attention. Bolt mounting ball support of the lower front suspension lever to the twilty fist set the head in the direction of the front of the car.

Install the slot shank drive shaft front wheel in the front wheel hub.

Install the swivel fist on the front suspension rack, insert the mounting bolts and wrap, without tightening, new nuts 2 (wrench 18, replacement head 18, ratchet key).

Install the finger of the ball support lever of the front suspension into the swivel fist, install the fastening bolt and wrap the new nut.

When assembling, the boil 2 remote washer 3 should get into the slot 1 of the terminal compound on the swivel fist. Tightening torque of 62 nm nuts (6.2 kgf.

Tighten the nuts filling bolts to the front suspension rack. Tightening torque of nuts 105 nm (10.5 kgf.m) (wrench 18, replacement head 18, point key)

Connect the tip of the steering thrust to the turntable lever.

Install the front brake brake disc housing;

Install the front brake brake disc.

Install the front wheel on the hub focus and secure it with two wheels bolts.

Wrap a new front wheel hub fastening nut and remove the stop. Tightening torque 280 nm nuts (28.0 kgf.m) (replaceable head 17, shift head 32, gorotok, torque key).

Install the speed wheel speed sensor;

Install the front brake assembly.

Install the front wheel. Press the brake pedal 2 - 3 times to set the pistons of wheel brake cylinders to the working position.

Check and if necessary, adjust the angles of the installation of the front wheels.

Slightly tighten all three fasteners, then starting with flange nuts, tighten them to the set point.

So, you can sigh with confidence: most of the work has already been completed. Now you need to collect all the strength and bring the work started to the victorious end. To do this, disconnect the housing of the lower hinge from the lower traction and remove the shock absorber plug bolts and self-locking nuts with. At the time of installation, you need to install new shock absorber fastening bolts and new self-locking nuts.

By hitting the end of the drive shaft by plastic hammer and, at the same time, pulling out the hub outside, remove the outer hinge of the drive shaft from the swivel fist. After that, we can remove the swivel fist. According to experts, it is strictly forbidden to pull the drive shaft outward. This can cause disassembly of the inner hinge of the drive shaft.

After that, we carry out the removal of the locking pin from the housing of the lower hinge, and then remove the nut. During the installation, it is important to tighten a new crown nut, then install a new locking pin.
