"Norms of consumption of fuels and lubricants in road transport"
I. General provisions
1. Methodological recommendations "Normals for the consumption of fuels and lubricants in road transport" (hereinafter referred to as fuel consumption rates) are intended for motor transport enterprises, organizations involved in the management and control system, entrepreneurs, etc., regardless of ownership, operating automotive equipment and special rolling stock on car chassis on the territory of the Russian Federation.
2. This document provides the values of basic, transport and operational (including surcharges) fuel consumption rates for general-purpose automobile rolling stock, fuel consumption rates for work special vehicles, the procedure for applying the standards, formulas and methods for calculating the standard fuel consumption during operation, reference standard data on the consumption of lubricants, values winter allowances and etc.
3. The rate of consumption of fuels and lubricants in relation to road transport means the established value of the measure of its consumption during the operation of a car of a particular model, brand or modification.
Consumption rates of fuels and lubricants in road transport are designed to calculate the standard value of fuel consumption at the place of consumption, to maintain statistical and operational reporting, determine the cost of transportation and other types of transportation work, plan the needs of enterprises in providing petroleum products, for calculating the taxation of enterprises, implementing mode of economy and energy saving of consumed oil products, settlements with users vehicles, drivers, etc.
When rationing fuel consumption, a distinction is made between the basic value of fuel consumption, which is determined for each model, brand or modification of a car as a generally accepted norm, and the calculated standard value of fuel consumption, taking into account the transport work performed and the operating conditions of the car.
9. Freight flatbed vehicles
For cargo onboard vehicles and road trains, the standard value of fuel consumption is calculated by the formula:

S - mileage of a car or road train, km;
Hsan - fuel consumption rate for the run of a car or road train in running order without cargo;
Hsan \u003d Hs + Hg x Gnr, l / 100 km,
where Hs is the base rate of fuel consumption per vehicle (tractor) mileage in running order, l/100 km (Hsan = Hs, l/100 km, for a single vehicle, tractor);
Hg - fuel consumption rate for the additional mass of a trailer or semi-trailer, l/100 t km;
Gnr - dead weight of the trailer or semi-trailer, t;
Hw - fuel consumption rate for transport work, l / 100 t km;
W is the volume of transport work, t km: W = Ggr Sgr (where Ggr is the mass of cargo, t;
Sgr - mileage with a load, km);
For cargo onboard vehicles and road trains performing work recorded in ton-kilometers, in addition to the base rate, the fuel consumption rate increases (based on liters per ton of cargo per 100 kilometers) depending on the type of fuel used: for gasoline - up to 2 l; diesel fuel- up to 1.3 l; liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) - up to 2.64 l; compressed natural gas(LNG) - up to 2 cu. m; with gas-diesel power, approximately - up to 1.2 cubic meters. m of natural gas and up to 0.25 liters of diesel fuel.
During the operation of flatbed trucks, tractors with trailers and truck tractors with semi-trailers, the fuel consumption rate (l / 100 km) for the mileage of the road train increases (based on liters per tonne of the own weight of trailers and semi-trailers) depending on the type of fuel: gasoline - up to 2 l; diesel fuel - up to 1.3 l; liquefied gas - up to 2.64 l; natural gas - up to 2 cu. m; with gas-diesel engine power up to approximately 1.2 cu. m - natural gas and up to 0.25 l - diesel fuel.

11. Dump trucks
For dump trucks and dump road trains, the standard value of fuel consumption is calculated by the formula:

where Qн - standard flow fuel, l;
S - mileage of a dump truck or road train, km;
Hsanc - fuel consumption rate of a dump truck or a dump truck:
Hsanc \u003d Hs + Hw x (Gpr + 0.5q), l / 100 km,
where Hs is the transport rate, taking into account transport work (with a load factor of 0.5), l/100 km;
Hw - fuel consumption rate for the transport operation of a dump truck (if the coefficient 0.5 is not taken into account when calculating Hs) and for the additional mass of a dump trailer or semi-trailer, l / 100 t x km;
Gpr - dead weight of a dump trailer, semi-trailer, t;
q - carrying capacity of a trailer, semi-trailer (0.5q - with a load factor of 0.5), t;
Hz - additional fuel consumption rate for each trip with a load dump truck, road trains, l;
Z - the number of riders with cargo per shift;
D - correction factor (total relative allowance or reduction) to the norm,%.
When dump trucks work with dump trailers, semi-trailers (if the base rate is calculated for the car, as for truck tractor) the fuel consumption rate increases for each ton of the own mass of the trailer, semi-trailer and half of its rated carrying capacity (load factor - 0.5): gasoline - up to 2 l; diesel fuel - up to 1.3 l; liquefied gas - up to 2.64 l; natural gas - up to 2 cu. m.
For dump trucks and road trains, the fuel consumption rate (Hz) is additionally set for each trip with a load when maneuvering in places of loading and unloading:
Up to 0.25 liters of liquid fuel (up to 0.33 liters of liquefied petroleum gas, up to 0.25 cubic meters of natural gas) per unit of dump rolling stock;
Up to 0.2 cu. m of natural gas and 0.1 l of diesel fuel approximately with gas-diesel engine power.
For heavy dump trucks of the "BelAZ" type, the additional rate of diesel fuel consumption for each trip with a load is set at a rate of up to 1 liter.
In cases of operation of dump trucks with a payload coefficient above 0.5, it is allowed to normalize fuel consumption in the same way as for onboard vehicles according to formula (3).

12. Vans
For vans, the standard value of fuel consumption is determined similarly to onboard trucks by formula (3).
For vans operating without taking into account the mass of the transported cargo, the normalized value of fuel consumption is determined taking into account the increasing correction factor - up to 10% of the base rate.

Fuel consumption rates for flatbed trucks
9. Flatbed trucks
For cargo onboard vehicles and road trains, the standard value of fuel consumption is calculated by the formula:

where Qn is the standard fuel consumption, l;
S - mileage of a car or road train, km;
Hsan - fuel consumption rate per vehicle mileage or
road trains in running order without cargo;
Hsan \u003d Hs + Hg x Gnr, l / 100 km,
where Hs is the base rate of fuel consumption per vehicle mileage
(tractor) in running order, l/100 km (Hsan =
Hs, l / 100 km, for a single vehicle, tractor);
Hg - fuel consumption rate for additional trailer weight
or semi-trailer, l/100 t x km;
Gnr - dead weight of the trailer or semi-trailer, t;
Hw - fuel consumption rate for transport work,
l/100 t x km;
W - volume of transport work, t x km: W = Ggr Sgr (where
Ggr - mass of cargo, t;
Sgr - mileage with a load, km);
D - correction factor (total relative
allowance or decrease) to the norm, %.
For flatbed trucks and road trains performing work recorded in ton-kilometers, in addition to the base rate, the fuel consumption rate increases (based on liters per ton of cargo per 100 kilometers) depending on the type of fuel used: for gasoline - up to 2 l; diesel fuel - up to 1.3 l; liquefied hydrocarbon gas (LHG) - up to 2.64 l; compressed natural gas (CNG) - up to 2 cu. m; with gas-diesel power, approximately - up to 1.2 cubic meters. m of natural gas and up to 0.25 liters of diesel fuel.
During the operation of flatbed trucks, tractors with trailers and truck tractors with semi-trailers, the fuel consumption rate (l / 100 km) for the mileage of the road train increases (based on liters per tonne of the own weight of trailers and semi-trailers) depending on the type of fuel: gasoline - up to 2 l; diesel fuel - up to 1.3 l; liquefied gas - up to 2.64 l; natural gas - up to 2 cu. m; with gas-diesel engine power up to approximately 1.2 cu. m - natural gas and up to 0.25 l - diesel fuel.

"Consumption standards for fuel and lubricants in road transport"
I. General provisions
1. Guidelines "Norms for the consumption of fuels and lubricants in road transport" (hereinafter referred to as fuel consumption rates) are intended for motor transport enterprises, organizations involved in the management and control system, entrepreneurs, etc., regardless of the form of ownership, operating motor vehicles and special rolling stock on the chassis of cars on the territory of the Russian Federation.
2. This document contains the values of basic, transport and operational (including surcharges) fuel consumption rates for general-purpose automobile rolling stock, fuel consumption rates for the operation of special vehicles, the procedure for applying the rates, formulas and methods for calculating the standard fuel consumption during operation, reference normative data on the consumption of lubricants, the values of winter allowances, etc.
3. The rate of consumption of fuels and lubricants in relation to road transport means the established value of the measure of its consumption during the operation of a car of a particular model, brand or modification.
Consumption rates of fuels and lubricants in road transport are designed to calculate the standard value of fuel consumption at the place of consumption, to maintain statistical and operational reporting, determine the cost of transportation and other types of transportation work, plan the needs of enterprises in providing petroleum products, for calculating the taxation of enterprises, implementing mode of economy and energy saving of consumed oil products, settlements with users of vehicles, drivers, etc.
When rationing fuel consumption, a distinction is made between the basic value of fuel consumption, which is determined for each model, brand or modification of a car as a generally accepted norm, and the calculated standard value of fuel consumption, taking into account the transport work performed and the operating conditions of the car.

Fuel consumption of airborne vehicles
For cargo onboard vehicles and road trains, the standard value of fuel consumption is calculated by the formula:

S - mileage of a car or road train, km;
Hsan - fuel consumption rate for the run of a car or road train in running order without cargo;
Hsan \u003d Hs + Hg x Gnr, l / 100 km,
where Hs is the base rate of fuel consumption per vehicle (tractor) mileage in running order, l/100 km (Hsan = Hs, l/100 km, for a single vehicle, tractor);
Hg - fuel consumption rate for the additional mass of a trailer or semi-trailer, l/100 t km;
Gnr - dead weight of the trailer or semi-trailer, t;
Hw - fuel consumption rate for transport work, l / 100 t km;
W is the volume of transport work, t km: W = Ggr Sgr (where Ggr is the mass of cargo, t;
Sgr - mileage with a load, km);
For cargo onboard vehicles and road trains performing work recorded in ton-kilometers, in addition to the base rate, the fuel consumption rate increases (based on liters per ton of cargo per 100 kilometers) depending on the type of fuel used: for gasoline - up to 2 l; diesel fuel - up to 1.3 l; liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) - up to 2.64 l; compressed natural gas (CNG) - up to 2 cu. m; with gas-diesel power, approximately - up to 1.2 cubic meters. m of natural gas and up to 0.25 liters of diesel fuel.
During the operation of flatbed trucks, tractors with trailers and truck tractors with semi-trailers, the fuel consumption rate (l / 100 km) for the mileage of the road train increases (based on liters per tonne of the own weight of trailers and semi-trailers) depending on the type of fuel: gasoline - up to 2 l; diesel fuel - up to 1.3 l; liquefied gas - up to 2.64 l; natural gas - up to 2 cu. m; with gas-diesel engine power up to approximately 1.2 cu. m - natural gas and up to 0.25 l - diesel fuel.

Fuel consumption rates for dump trucks
For dump trucks and dump road trains, the standard value of fuel consumption is calculated by the formula:

where Qn is the standard fuel consumption, l;
S - mileage of a dump truck or road train, km;
Hsanc - fuel consumption rate of a dump truck or a dump truck:
Hsanc \u003d Hs + Hw x (Gpr + 0.5q), l / 100 km,
where Hs is the transport rate, taking into account transport work (with a load factor of 0.5), l/100 km;
Hw - fuel consumption rate for the transport operation of a dump truck (if the coefficient 0.5 is not taken into account when calculating Hs) and for the additional mass of a dump trailer or semi-trailer, l / 100 t x km;
Gpr - dead weight of a dump trailer, semi-trailer, t;
q - carrying capacity of a trailer, semi-trailer (0.5q - with a load factor of 0.5), t;
Hz - additional fuel consumption rate for each trip with a load of a dump truck, road train, l;
Z - the number of riders with cargo per shift;
D - correction factor (total relative allowance or reduction) to the norm,%.
When dump trucks work with dump trailers, semi-trailers (if the base rate is calculated for the car, as for a truck tractor), the fuel consumption rate increases for each ton of the own weight of the trailer, semi-trailer and half of its rated carrying capacity (load factor - 0.5): gasoline - up to 2 l; diesel fuel - up to 1.3 l; liquefied gas - up to 2.64 l; natural gas - up to 2 cu. m.
For dump trucks and road trains, the fuel consumption rate (Hz) is additionally set for each trip with a load when maneuvering in places of loading and unloading:
Up to 0.25 liters of liquid fuel (up to 0.33 liters of liquefied petroleum gas, up to 0.25 cubic meters of natural gas) per unit of dump rolling stock;
Up to 0.2 cu. m of natural gas and 0.1 l of diesel fuel approximately with gas-diesel engine power.
For heavy dump trucks of the "BelAZ" type, the additional rate of diesel fuel consumption for each trip with a load is set at a rate of up to 1 liter.
In cases of operation of dump trucks with a payload coefficient above 0.5, it is allowed to normalize fuel consumption in the same way as for onboard vehicles according to formula (3).

For vans operating without taking into account the mass of the transported cargo, the normalized value of fuel consumption is determined taking into account the increasing correction factor - up to 10% of the base rate.

As soon as I arrived at the salon to pick up the car, the jambs of the frame assembly immediately rushed, well, the left collar did not want to close until the sealant was cut, but that was not the worst. On the way to the MREO, the wiper leash was unscrewed, the power window broke driver's door, the stove gave out: "E1" (straight on-board computer pancake) and did not want to start in any way. The problem was solved by removing the already loose negative terminal.
In general, with grief in half, I arrived at the base. The next day held out hanging can say "two fingers." Apparently, there was no pre-sale preparation, since he refilled everything!
Most of all, I was "pleased" with the gas equipment installed from the factory, I would have seen the installers live, eh ... But not about that: in the multivalve, which is on the cylinder, the tube leading to the gas reducer was not wrapped IN THE THREAD! In total, after the first refueling, as soon as the multivalve worked, gas literally poured onto the ground from under the protective cover on the cylinder, I had to urgently fly out of the passenger door and close it. The warranty case, so we phoned the dealership and offered to peacefully solve our problem. And, oh miracle! They don't do warranty repair exactly installed from the factory gas equipment(!), but in the course of the conversation they sent almost to a private trader, who supposedly does this, and takes on all the costs. Looking ahead, I’ll say that this peasant doesn’t have such spare parts at all and never will, since he doesn’t deal with such garbage. In short, they put in a multi-valve from Lovatto, and now to know how much gas you have to climb to the cylinder, but of course they didn’t take the money. Well, enough about the bad.
In the car, I really liked (no jokes) the hydraulic booster, quite informative and silent, I was even surprised. I was also surprised when I did not find the clutch reservoir, now everything is reduced to one brake, well, everyone remembers how lousy it was to add fluid from the cork. New panel looks nice, but when you lower the steering wheel to the lower position, with my height of 185 cm, the upper rim of the steering wheel overlaps part of the combination. It takes a lot of effort to open the glove compartments, and I also liked the small compartment on the right under the steering wheel on the old panel, and now there is nowhere to put cigarettes. However, both the old and the new creak the same way, unfortunately... Putting on music is a separate epic, I haven't bothered yet, but from what I've read it's horrible.
The Ulyanovsk engine for such a "crocodile" is frankly weak, fingers always ring, although not racing car Certainly. The box was not very good, it is simply impossible to switch to second gear without a crunch, even with a double, at least with some kind of squeeze.
The maneuverability of this car is reduced to zero, Kamaz has a better turn, damn it. According to the documents, his carrying capacity is only 950 (!) Kg, since he weighs 2550 himself, and 3500 is the maximum speed. At least from the factory or where it is assembled, reinforced springs were installed.
By the way! Very pleased with the new world! As I used to miss the near one on the track along with the far one, but here it’s the norm!
It helps a lot, especially now, heated mirrors: you feel, if not in a foreign car, then at least a person.

At the moment, the mileage is only 470 km, but the car has already gobbled up fuel ... The average consumption is obtained together with the heating of gasoline about 35 liters, the same amount of gas (in the city). I don’t understand where in the ancient eight-valve can climb so much? I hope after the first MOT everything will return to normal. There were noises in the area of the front hubs the other day, I will look on Monday, and then supplement the review as I use it!
Pros: Soft, excellent power steering, good optics, good brakes, the idea itself.
Cons: Frankly clumsy build quality, not maneuverable, wild expense.
In Russia, as usual: they wanted the best, but it turned out as always! However, this is a rather specific car, and how you feel about the car, so it is with you!
