2. Contact the traffic police to obtain a decision on the possibility of making changes to the vehicle design on the basis of the submitted documents and directly vehicle for inspection:

- Certificate of registration of the vehicle;
- Conclusions of the preliminary technical examination of the vehicle design;

5. Issuance of a certificate. To obtain a certificate, the owner of the vehicle submits the vehicle and the following documents to the traffic police department:

c) a power of attorney, agreement, or other document certifying the applicant's authority to represent the interests of the owner
d) vehicle registration document and vehicle passport (if available with the applicant);
e) conclusion of the preliminary technical examination of the vehicle design.

What is meant by re-equipment (making changes to the design of vehicles)?
There can be a lot of options for re-equipping the vehicle (for example, re-equipment of a decommissioned vehicle " ambulance"In the car). The most common options for making changes to the design of vehicles:
