Each time switching the column, the microcontroller, depending on the number of the column using PWM (PWM) and a simple RC filter, forms voltage on the outputs 6 and 7 LM3915, corresponding to the required column brightness. Thus solved the problem of uneven brightness different types LEDs. The only thing that took place is to raise the frequency of ARDUINO with default 500Hz to 64 kHz (the first two lines in the SETUP Sketch section).

On it "settled" the voltage and the scheme worked unstable.
