Unscrew the gas cap. To get to the cover, you need to open the door. Some covers are key-locked, but sometimes you need to press a button or just turn the cover. Put the unscrewed lid in safe placeif it is attached to the wire, leave it hanging down.
Remove the gun from the column and insert it into the neck of the gas tank. Sometimes drips from a previous refueling will remain in the gun, so handle the gun carefully so as not to stain yourself with fuel.
- Diesel fuel is usually indicated in gray or black, other fuels are different colors... Make sure you bring the gun with the fuel you need.
- The pistols are designed so that you do not have to hold them while refueling. While it is common to see someone holding a pistol while refueling, this is not necessary if the pistol is in good working order, as the pistols have a mechanism that clamps the valve.

Fuel selection-
Select the type of fuel you want. As a rule, if there is gasoline at the gas station, it will be presented by AI-92 and AI-95, but AI-98 and AI-80 are also often found. Sometimes gas stations also offer premium types of gasoline (for example, Premium Sport at Trassa or Fora at Rosneft). The type of gasoline is determined by the octane number (the higher the number, the more octane number and the more resistant gasoline to detonation). To find out which gasoline is right for you, refer to your car owner's manual.
To select the gasoline you need, simply insert the gun with the appropriate designation into the neck of the gas tank.
- In Europe, gas stations look almost the same as in the CIS, however, in the USA, buttons are provided on the dispenser to select the type of fuel, and different types of fuel can come from one pistol.

If you are in America and refuel at a column with buttons, press "Start". This will supply the type of fuel you need to the gun (before that, you will need to select it with another button).
- Look at the screen with counters - they should be at zero. After the start of refueling, the screen will display the volume of the filled fuel and its price.
Part 3
Refueling fuel-
Squeeze the gun handle and fuel will begin to flow into the gas tank. To avoid holding the gun with your hand, feel the special foot at the top of the handle, lower and clamp it. Only press the handle when the gun is already in the neck of the gas tank!
- At all modern gas stations, there is a mechanism in the dispensers that automatically stops the supply of fuel when the tank is full or when the meter reaches the amount you paid. You will hear a click when refueling stops.

It is recommended to finish filling a little earlier than the tank is full. There is debate about the accuracy of the feed stop mechanism; there is also an opinion that when filling a full tank, you slightly overpay, because some of the fuel flows back into the column.
Stop near the speaker and turn off the engine. Try to park the car so that the gas cap is as close to the dispenser as possible. Do not forget which side you have the gas tank on. It is forbidden to refuel the car with the engine running, so switch it off and get out of the car.
