At first, Lada Granta will be produced only in a single sedan body, and in 2013 a five-door hatchback will appear.

Lada Granta has a few more differences about Lada Kalina. Its trunk has become larger, now it is equal to 500 liters, it has changed the front and rear parts of the body. They have only doors in common. Lada Granta is considered a budget version of Lada Kalina, because it is built on a low-cost platform.
